We map where your week actually goes - intake, conflicts, drafting, review, billing, follow-up - using one or two real matters rather than a questionnaire. You get back a ranked list: what AI should take over first, what it should never touch in your practice, roughly what each change costs in time and money, and what it saves.
What you get: a written workflow map, a ranked opportunity list, and a recommendation on the first move.
Who it is for: firms that have tried a tool or two, seen nothing change, and want to know whether the problem is the tool or the process.
What it is not: a software recommendation. Half the time the answer involves tools you already pay for.
AI Setup and Automation
For firms that know what they want to fix.
I build the systems with you, in the tools you already have. Document drafting that produces a first draft carrying your clauses, your formatting, and your conventions. Intake that gets entered once and flows into the matter, the calendar, and the draft. Written quality checks so the review step is a checklist rather than a feeling.
What you get: working systems in your environment, plus written process documentation your staff can follow without you.
Who it is for: firms with a repeatable practice area - estate planning, probate, immigration, personal injury intake, real estate closings - where the same document set recurs.
What it is not: a black box. If you cannot maintain it after I leave, I built it wrong.
Team Training
For firms where the attorney gets it and the staff does not, or the reverse.
Live training for you and your team on the workflows in your firm, not a generic AI course. We cover how to prompt for legal work, how to catch a fabricated citation, when to stop and do it by hand, and what to do the first time AI confidently gets something wrong, because it will.
What you get: live sessions, recordings, and a written reference your team keeps.
Who it is for: firms adding staff, or firms where AI adoption stalled because only one person knew how to use it.
What it is not: a certification. There is no exam and no badge, just people who can do the work Monday morning.
